General Housekeeping For Busy Family Of 8

Full time working mom of six looking for help with weekly house care and occasional organization projects. Most days will include kitchen and bathrooms and living spaces and folding laundry. If those spaces look good or don't need attention, may also ask to help organize/clean kids bedrooms or other areas around the house. May also ask to tidy outside spaces like putting away yard toys and blowing leaves off the patio (with a light weight electric blower). I mainly just need someone to take over tasks that I would do if I were not working. Need someone who is self motivated and can just see what needs to be done without me leaving a detailed list. Older home. Fairly small rooms. A couple bedrooms upstairs, but all bathrooms and livings spaces are on the main level. Hardwood downstairs except a couple rugs. Busy family of 8, plus dog and cat. I can be flexible to work around your schedule, but would like a set routine. Preference would be Mondays and Thursday for 2-3 hours each day, but I can negotiate different days/times. No weekends. During school hours preferred. Detailed and thorough. Self-motivated with the ability to see what needs to be done if I am not available to give direction. Short uphill walk from city bus line. Parking onsite. Simba - golden retriever mix. Kind but nosey. Can have him put away when you come, if you're more comfortable with that. Salem - indoor/outdoor cat. Pretty much just stays out of the way.
