Personal Assistant/Housekeeper/Nanny Hybrid Seeking a *reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual for a 16-hour workweek (2 x 8-hour days/ Monday 10-6 /Thursday 10-6) personal assistant/housekeeper hybrid position. Our approx. 4000 sq ft home operates as both a personal residence and corporate business, requiring a structured and professional environment. Responsibilities: Household cleaning /maintenance Closet and garage organization/ deep cleaning Pool maintenance (brushing/netting) Dog care (letting in/out, sitting) Shared/PT custody of 12 yr old boy/ Pick up/drop offs at times may vary Requirements: 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or related field Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Comfortable with dogs
