Part-Time Dog Nanny and Housecleaner Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Dog Nanny and Housecleaner to join our household. The ideal candidate will be passionate about dogs and be meticulous in maintaining a clean and organized home. Key Responsibilities: Dog Care: Provide daily care for six dogs (4 large and 2 small) with high energy levels. Ensure the dogs are fed, walked, and receive plenty of attention and exercise. Clean up after the dogs, maintaining a hygienic environment. Monitor the health and behavior of the dogs, reporting any concerns. Housekeeping: Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying. Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes and linens. Organize and declutter spaces to keep the home orderly and pleasant. Handle grocery shopping and run various household errands as needed. Assist with occasional deeper cleaning projects including holiday indoor decorating. Home Management: Coordinate with contractors, ensuring they are let in and their work is completed to satisfaction. Take ownership of the overall caretaking of our home and dogs, acting with initiative and responsibility. Additional Duties: Potential to dog sit in our home occasionally. Flexibility to take on other household projects as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in dog care and housekeeping is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Must be comfortable with large and energetic dogs. Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
