Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Retired Couple In Tampa

We are looking for a part-time housekeeper to come to my parent's home 4 times a week including 1/2 day Saturdays and Sundays for 6 hours a day. We are looking for someone honest, cooperative, a responsible worker, and respectful of time and others. My parents live on the ground floor of their home and that is where day to day maintenance is needed with the kitchen management, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, cabinet cleaning, garbage, 3 bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping, carpet cleaning, dusting, laundry, general room cleaning, and changing bed linens. The second floor will need maintenance when my family or my brother's family visits which is twice a month. This includes bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and changing bedsheets. Please provide 2-3 references, and payment is based on professional experience.
