We are a busy messy family who also run multiple businesses. We are looking for a detail oriented professional who loves de cluttering, deep cleaning and organizing Responsibilities. DAILY Clean bathrooms, kitchen, general living areas, fold laundry, tidy master bedroom etc WEEKLY Change bedsheets, clean interior windows, clean fridge, de clutter counters, etc. SEMI ANNUAL Organize kids' rooms, sort old clothing, etc. OCCASIONAL SIDE PROJECTS Painting baseboards, etc. House Manager Must Have Reliable transportation, be a self starter, able to communicate through apps and feed and dogs 2 and take them outside when we are away. Bonus points if you are able to take care of the dogs when we go out of town No babysitting. Our kids 11 13 16 and 18 can take care of themselves, but they will be in the house while you work.
