Hi! I have 4 older cats which keep my house pretty messy. They are super sweet and love people, though. I also work from home but have a demanding job and would be working while you are there. I have all of the equipment and supplies you need and could consider buying items you request. My thoughts are to split the housework into 2 monthly visits but to do the floors each time. We could discuss the best strategy based on your experience. Previous cleaners have been able to efficiently clean my house in 8 hours - though, not deep clean. I do my own laundry and clean my own kitchen. I look forward to hearing from you.
