Searching for a great house cleaner that has very good attention to detail. Weekly Friday schedule for a house that is around 4k sq/ft with a lanai area that also needs to be cleaned. Laundry typically 4 loads which we have dual washer/dryers so it takes half the time. 2 loads bedding/towels and then 1 load whites and 1 load dark's. Folding and put away. Dishwasher ran and also dishes put away. 1 whole part of the house does not get much use which includes 1 bedroom, lounge area, and 2 bathrooms. So those areas are quick to clean. Typically the job is 3-4hrs with 2ppl. Please send an offer either by the hour or by job.
