Friendly Family Seeking Housekeeper

A busy and loving family with children, aged is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and reliable housekeeper to help manage daily household tasks. The family places a high value on creating a clean, organized, and nurturing environment for their children, and is looking for someone who is energetic, efficient, and child-friendly. Responsibilities: Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all living spaces. Maintain cleanliness of the children's rooms, play areas, and common spaces. Change bed linens, wash, fold, and organize laundry regularly. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces Organizational Tasks: Keep household items stocked, including groceries, cleaning supplies, and toiletries. Organize closets, toys, bookshelves, and storage areas as needed. Handle basic home organization, including sorting and decluttering. Child-Friendly Responsibilities: Be mindful of the children's routines and adjust cleaning schedules to minimize disruption to their activities. Occasionally assist with the children (supervision, organizing play areas, etc.), although this is not a nanny position. Tidy up after the children's activities and mealtimes. Cooking and Meal Prep: Prepare healthy, child-friendly meals or snacks as requested. Assist in meal planning and kitchen organization. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a home with children. Child-friendly: Must be comfortable around children. Experience with children is a plus, but not required. Background: Must pass a background check, and provide verifiable references. Requirements: Valid driver's license Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds. Flexibility with schedule when needed. Benefits: Paid vacation and sick days. Room and board (available).
