Small to medium sized property. First floor has one bathroom and complete floor is tiled. Second floor has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is the rooms have all carpet. We like someone that can clean about 1500 sqft within 1. 5-2 hours. That includes vacuuming, mopping, cleaning countertops and the 2. 5 bathrooms.
