I have a studio apartment on the second floor of my building. It has linoleum floors with two area rugs. Full kitchen but no dish washer. My schedule fluctuates but I am usually off Thursdays so can generally take my little dog elsewhere while you would help me out! I generally have a couple loads of clean laundry on my couch because I hate folding it so bonus if you don't mind folding laundry.
