Hollywood condominium needs a part-time house cleaner that is reliable and thorough. Looking to make this a consistent job about every other week on Sundays (starting mid to late mornings as my husband works late on Saturday nights). While we do have pets, we will put our dog away for the cleaning (our cat will probably just hide). 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 900 square feet. Living room, kitchen, and dining area, with a small porch. Looking for consistent deep cleaning of dust, vacuuming and washing of floors, cleaning windows and surfaces, disinfecting light switches and appliances, laundering of bathrooms rugs, towels, bed linen and bed linen changing after washing. Infrequently will include curtains being laundered and hung back up to reduce dust. Don't anticipate needing ironing of the curtains or linens, but would be a plus!
