House Manager & Housekeeper for large riverfront home in Orange Park. Must be meticulous, self-starter, energetic, honest, hard working and like dogs. We have 3. Must be able to self-manage and delegate/manage others. Hospitality management or professional cleaning experience a BIG plus. Cleaning will involve indoor & outdoor living areas, window cleaning, laundry and some errands. This is 32+ hours per week with benefit package available including Paid time off, 401K, health insurance and more. Generally, no weekends or holidays unless we have a special event. Must pass background check. Fantastic long term opportunity for the right person.
