Hello, this is a condo in Deerfield Beach, FL. The small bathroom needs the most work. The small kitchen would be second. There is a lot of stuff in the condo, which will likely be staying. Limited floor space to clean currently, though a corridor to pass through. Feb. 28 is an estimate for a cleaning, very flexible on days & time. More current needs, one helper to move a new twin size light weight (hollow) bed (boxspring) from the hallway storage room to the condo bedroom (several apartments away), remove one twin mattress & box spring to the parking lot, 2nd floor, in an elevator building. Vacuum floor under two beds. Can meet first at our condo staff office if you would feel more comfortable. They can note/copy my Resident ID card. Feel free to message with any questions, thank you
