This is a beach house and were going down for week before Easter thru Easter. I will need to be there to let you in and to turn on hot water. Originally was going down Sunday, 13th but could go day early if necessary or have you come on Monday 14 th. Small (950 sq feet) 2 bedroom town house, 1 1/2 baths.
