KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Pickup & Delivery: Collect and deliver laundry from customer homes or businesses on a scheduled basis. Laundry Processing: Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry to meet company quality standards. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through timely and friendly communication. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure proper functionality of laundry machines and other equipment. Timeliness & Organization: Ensure all laundry is processed and delivered within the scheduled time frames. WHAT IS LAUNDRY CARE? HOW IT WORKS As a Laundry Care Provider, you will be responsible for managing laundry services in your local area. This includes pickup, processing, and delivery of laundry to and from customers. QUALIFICATIONS Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license for pickup and delivery. Access to laundry machines (washer, dryer) in your home. Smartphone with internet access to track orders and communicate with clients. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 21 years or older with a strong attention to detail and reliability. Previous customer service or laundry experience is a plus but not required.
