Recurring Home Upkeep Organization, 4-8hrs/week In Farmington

Looking for long-term home helper 1-2 days/week (4-8hrs) who is able and willing to help with any and all the things that come with keeping a family home together! Tasks to include: - Daily straightening, picking up and decluttering of kitchen, family room and bedrooms, load/unload dishwasher - Putting away clean laundry and maintaining closet and drawer organization - Pet/Plant care and clean up - Steam cleaning rugs/carpets - Seasonal cleaning/home projects (pack/unpack holiday decorations, winter/summer wear, cleaning of window sills/screens, backsplash/grout, outside furniture, garage, goodwill clean outs, wall wipe downs, etc) - Packing/Unpacking for trips - Handiwork a plus! (Putting together small furniture, fixing things w/ a screwdriver, paint touchups) Please have 3+ experience, reliable transportation and references. Thx!
