Lake house on Bantum Lake. Co owned by senior owners no longer able to properly clean. Generally used during day 5-10 times durning summer, but is a year round house. May be having relatives stay at Xmas and would like two cleanings prior. Looking for a long term relationship for on call cleaning as needed. House has a loft with sprial stairs. Have had a mouse problem now being fixed by exterminator. Floors are coposite or tile except for bedroom which is carpet.
