This is an apartment complex, the cleaning is the hallways of four buildings. They need to be cleaned once a week. The glass on the front windows need to be cleaned. All of this. Is that regular right? No ladders needed. Every once in a while, a unit will go vacant and I will need a full cleaning of a unit, this is extra work schedule on individual times bands. If the person is up to it, it also includes picking up the parking lot of any small trash, and/or taking care of some landscaping issues, but this is not a requirement.
