Household Manager - Meal Planning + Prep, House Tidying & Kids Laundry

We're a busy family of five with two full-time working parents, looking for a reliable helper to support our home. Responsibilities include: -Planning, grocery shopping (via online order), and meal prepping for 3-4 days a week. Assisting with putting away children's laundry. -General tidying, including the kitchen and kids' rooms. -The schedule is flexible, ideally 2-3 days a week (Monday/Wednesday are best) for around 3 hours per visit, helping with various household tasks as needed. Happy to give some direction and training at first but ideally looking for someone who is able to take initiative and run with things without a lot of ongoing direction (trying to ease my mental load as a working mom) :)
