Looking For A Housekeeper

I am looking for a new full service house keeper, not just a house cleaner, but someone who will care for our home like it is their own, noticing things that need to be done and simply doing then without us having to provide direction. I would like the homes to be cleaned top to bottom, including regular rotation of deep cleaning as needed (base boards, fridge cleaning, shelf and drawer wipe down, wood door pulling/cleaning, door knobs, cabinet fronts, cleaning under couches, vacuuming the mattress, etc), doing any dishes that need doing (usually minimal), doing a few loads of laundry (particularly the sheets and towels that get changed out weekly), picking up toys in order to clean under them, etc. We have three full time residents with our college age son occasionally staying a few nights a month, and two very large very friendly dogs
