The house is empty all but 3 days a month, 12 months a year, plus a few days around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Even though it's a big house, what we need is a light cleaning of the Kitchen, 2 - 4 bathrooms, and 1 bedroom. I would estimate the total time for 1 person would be 1 - 2 hours total per month. Schedule for cleaning can be very flexible as long as it doesn't overlap with my visits to the house.
