Title: House Manager & Meal Prep Employment Type: Part-time (10-15 hours/week) Proposed Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $25+/hour based on experience Requirements: Non-smoker, pass background check, has transportation, up-to-date vaccinations (general, COVID & Flu) Proposed Schedule: Flexible, preference for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Description: We are a busy family of four (children ages 4 and 2) located in the 80212 area, looking for a highly organized and proactive house manager to help keep our home running smoothly. We also have a large, friendly black lab, so comfort with pets is essential. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, takes initiative, and is comfortable with delegation. Strong communication skills and reliability are key. This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured yet flexible environment and enjoys bringing organization and efficiency to a home. We look forward to meeting the right candidate! This role does not include childcare but may eventually involve occasional date-night babysitting. Key Responsibilities: Household Management & Organization: Maintain organization of closets, drawers, pantry, refrigerators, and storage spaces. Implement and maintain organizing systems for household efficiency. Coordinating returns. Managing store (e.g., Amazon, Costco, Target, etc) and pet supply orders. Ensure vehicles are clean, serviced, and fueled, as needed. Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare simple, healthy meals focusing on protein and vegetables. Avoiding dairy and processed foods. Grocery shopping for meal prep and pantry staples. Open to meal prep being done in-home or prepared off-site and delivered. Household Tasks & Errands: Unload/load dishwasher and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Tidy and declutter shared spaces. Laundry: wash, fold, and put away clothes. Prepare lunches for the children. Run errands such as grocery shopping, returns, etc. Occasional pet care, including dog walking. Additional Information: Mileage reimbursement provided for job-related errands. Preference for payment over the table but open to discussion. Reliability on scheduled days is highly valued.
