Things I need: Services every 1-2 weeks. Full cleaning with linen change. Litter box cleaning, some laundry (in unit), sometimes dishes (dishwasher), taking trash to dumpster, and assisting me in unpacking if possible but not required. My apartment is a 700 sq ft 1 bed, 1 bath, with linoleum flooring, and on ground floor. 2 cats, well behaved, will likely hide during cleaning.
