Part-Time Household Assistant For Boulder Family

I'm a busy mom with 5 teenagers at home, and I work from home. I'm looking for a proactive, reliable assistant to help our household run smoothly. Responsibilities would include - organizing and decluttering cabinets, drawers, closets, garage, fridge, etc. (this would be the primary focus initially), setting up systems to keep things organized, errands like dropping off returns and donations, deep cleaning (we have a regular cleaner that comes every week), shopping and meal prep, drive a kid to/from an activity, help with projects around the house, get the car washed, walk the dogs, etc. I'm looking for someone that's a detail-oriented, self starter and loves tidiness and organizing. Looking for someone to come twice weekly for a 2-4 hours each time on a consistent schedule that's flexible. Could grow into more hours over time.
