The house is new, never been lived in. . .. We'll not need to start until after we actually move in, which might be a week or 2. The first cleaning might need a little extra deep cleaning for all the move the furniture around and unloading boxes and just all the activity of moving the first cleaning might need a little deeper, but in general, it'll be more of a housekeeping. With a deep cleaning once in a while
