This is an Airbnb that Ive been maintaining myself. Ive cleaned it 1 million times. Its really easy and I need somebody that I can count on because im on the road for work. I have a system. Its really straight forward. Its really easy. It takes me 2 1/2 hours to do it if Im cruising and Im a carpenter not a house cleaner. The door is open for you guys. I asked the guests that check out to strip the bed on their way out and put the sheets in a wash cycle so when you arrive, all you have to do is put the sheets that are in the washer into the dryer clean the toilet and shower wipe all surfaces take out trash put any dishes, make the bed with the dried sheets vacuum the entry rug, and then mop on your way out, leaving the door unlocked and the keys on the counter in the kitchen.
