I am disabled and currently have pains in my entire arm and shoulders. I am unable to do much work at all. Anyone who can help me with stuff like laundry, dishes, collecting packages, changing sheets etc. Even just a few of those is fine. I am struggling to get anything done by myself and my pain is getting worse.
