My partner and I both have our own business and are out of the house a fair amount. I would Ideally hire someone who can come for 4 hours , 4 days a week and keep the house organized , clean, do the laundry, wash and fold clothes, put them away, do the dishes. I have extra pay considerations if they are willing to run errands outside of the house like pick up a package. Other extra pay considerations for cooking (optional). Cooking would be very straightforward and consistent - no major recipes required.
