Searching for a great house cleaner/ team. Tenant abandoned apartment. Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)? Deep cleaning Move-out cleaning. A dump run might be needed so a truck would be good. Rugs are probably not worth cleaning. But I need to box or bag stuff and take to Goodwill etc. I might have a garage sale with some of it. Need a quote.
