The apartment will be empty so they need to notify me so I can be present to let them in. The oven was never used, does not need to be cleaned. It is all hardwood floors and I will leave a hardwood electrical floor cleaner they can use. The kitchen and bathroom need to be cleaned otherwise it is just using the hardwood floor mop I will provide.
