San Francisco home (no pets, nonsmoking) needs a part-time house cleaner at least 2-3 days/week, probably 10-15 hrs/week (TBD). Bathroom Cleaning Vacuuming and/or mopping Kitchen Cleaning Dusting General Room Cleaning Standard cleaning Changing bed linens Refrigerator Cleaning, empty and load dishwasher, polish sinks, water plants, sweep front of house, follows instructions and uses my products and equipment. Laundry/folding of bed linens and kitchen linens. - Take out trash/recycling weekly. - Prior experience mandatory. - Must have background check. - Please no bracelets or rings that can scratch surfaces. - Over the table payment mandatory, with taxes held, employer to contribute to Soc Security/Medicare with 10 d paid vacation. - I am NOT looking for a service. I would like 1 person, maybe 2 people, the same person every time.
