DUTIES Housekeeping & Organization Keep living spaces tidy by organizing, picking up, and decluttering. Maintain household organization, including pantries, closets, and storage areas, ensuring that all items are properly stored and easily accessible. Perform cleaning, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management, including hand washing and care for delicate fabrics. Inventory and manage household supplies, cleaning agents, towels and linens, ensuring timely replenishment. Care for cars, furnishings, art, and specialty surfaces with proper conservation techniques. Errands & Personal Assistance Handle package returns (both by mail and in person) and manage donation drop-offs. Run general errands, such as dry cleaning pickup, pharmacy runs, and grocery shopping. Estate Management & Household Operations Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and special projects. Ensure that the property is well-managed, up to date, and ready for guests/hosting at all times. Vehicle & Transportation Management Ensure household vehicles are maintained, including keeping gas tanks filled, scheduling car washing, and coordinating necessary maintenance. Pet Care Provide occasional pet care, including feeding, walking, administering medications, and coordinating vet and grooming visits. Guest & Hospitality Services Prepare guest rooms and living spaces for visitors. Pack and unpack for travel, ensuring all necessary items are organized and ready for domestic and international trips. Meal Preparation & Kitchen Maintenance Perform regular grocery shopping, ensuring household staples and specialty items are always stocked. Clean out and organize the fridge and beverage fridge, discarding expired items and maintaining freshness. Assist with light cooking or meal preparation occasionally. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 3 years of experience. Strong and verifiable references. Clean background check. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
