I need someone to help me meal prep (steam, pan fry, bake) raw grains, vegetables, fruits, beans, and grind nuts and spices so I can prepare my meals for the week. Experience with vegan cooking is a huge plus. Here's a description of meal prep tasks: -Grains: Cook spelt berries in my Zojurishi rice cooker. -Tofu: Press, drain, cut tofu into bite size pieces, and cook them in my nonstick pan until they're lighly brown on all sides -Greens: Wash and dry greens in a salad spinner, chop them, steam for 1 minute in a steamer -Mushrooms: Wash and dry them, steam until just cooked. -Fruit: Dice fruit into bite size chunks -Flaxseeds: Grind 1/2 cup of whole flaxseeds in the grinder -Onions: Dice onions -Seitan: Make seitan (I'll provide a recipe) -Pea protein crumbles (recipe provided)
