My home is a 630 sf ADU on someone's property. It has 2 bedrooms but they are very small. The one bathroom is very small too. If I were to pick one thing that I really want to make sure gets done it is to wipe down the blinds on the windows (there are 5 windows). I do not have any carpet - just laminate wood floors so mopping the floors is essential.
