Light Cleaning Airbnb Random Days

I live in a 3 bedroom home in Riverside. I keep the home clean and I rent it on Airbnb. When it's rented, I stay in a home in the desert. Normally, when a guest leaves, I come back to clean and stay until another guest comes. Sometimes a guest will leave and another guest will arrive the same day. When that happens, I would prefer to pay someone to clean. This could be o by once a month but sometimes more often. I have a list of things that I require between guests. It will almost always be very light cleaning unless I get a bad guest, which is very rare. Let me know if you are interested.
