We're looking for a reliable cleaner for our condo. Tasks include general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, tubs, showers), kitchen cleaning (dishes, appliances, surfaces), laundry for 2 adults (washing, drying, folding- we fill up one hamper total), changing bed linens (master bedroom), and occasional deep cleaning (oven, refrigerator, cabinets, walls, carpet, windows, patio). The second bedroom and bathroom are rarely used and require minimal upkeep. Schedule: Cleaning preferred every Friday but flexible to another consistent day. Compensation: Flat weekly rate of $150, even during weeks with minimal work. Details: All cleaning supplies provided. We have a miniature poodle, Cocoa, who will be out of the house while you work.
