Looking For A Regular Cleaner (schedule Varies But May Be As Often As A Few Times A Week)

We are looking for a regular cleaner for our 2 bd, 2 ba rental home. The area is 888 sqft and includes a living room and kitchen. The cleaning schedule would vary depending on when guests check in and check out. Usually we need 1-3 cleanings per week. Some weeks we won't need a cleaning if a guest books a multi-week reservation. Because it's an rental home, the cleaning would involve making beds, cleaning bathrooms, making sure no hairs are lying around, vacuuming, cleaning countertops, etc. We will choose the cleaner with the best rates.
