About the job
We have a small (1250 sf) 4 bd/2 ba house that needs common areas (living room, kitchen, dining room, hall) & both bathroom cleaned. The bedrooms (4) only need vacuumed. I'd like the more regular needs done every visit, and other things done once monthly on a rotating schedule. First visit: Kitchen Bathrooms Vacuum Mop Feather dust Clean glass (window, sliding glass door, pictures, curio cabinets) Baseboards Second visit: Kitchen Bathrooms Vacuum Mop Ceiling fans cleaned Dust/wipe bathroom light fixtures I'm looking for someone who is detail oriented, efficient, & careful to clean effectively without damaging stuff. Parking is available or bus stop . 4 miles away. We have 4 dogs. One is large (80 lbs) & three small ones (< 12 lbs). They're loud (at first) but friendly when we're home.
