I am fairly clean person, but I lived in and the previous tenants were not clean. The landlord said he cleaned but it looks like the place needs special attention to details. I am requesting a deep clean for the first time then routine cleaning every two weeks after the first time. I am available of Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but I prefer Fridays afternoon.
