Looking for a proficient, organized and thoughtful housekeeper. Experienced, dependable and willing to get the job done! All supplies/equipment will be provided. Provide list each week of needs/repairs Requirements: - Help us find ways to better organize and get rid of junk -- yes, it collects! - Laundry (separate colors, wash/dry, fold and put away) - Ironing & Steam use - Bed Linens (wash & change sheets) - Windows (kids' handprints) - Showers/Toilets - Wood Floors throughout home - sweep/vacuum/mop - Dusting (comfortable on a small step ladder (3') - Clean out fridge/pantry - check labels & wipe down - Clean out cabinets drawers - Wipe down walls - Kids toys (clean & organize both inside and outside) - Dog Poop (outside) - Water indoor/outdoor plants weekly - Comfortable using bleach/409/Windex and know how to thoroughly clean
