Its brand new and well kept but I am a clean freak. We will provide a vacuum and some supplies but please bring some cleaning products and rags as well. Its hardwood flooring throughout, we do have a swiffer but a mop would be preferable. One member of the household is a vegetarian so we do require the fridge, oven and microwave thoroughly cleaned weekly.
