Looking For A Dependable Housekeeper For Busy Professional Living In Apartment In Irvine Frequency: weekly, likely 3-5 hours per week Pay: negotiable, by the hour or weekly set amount depending on preferences I will request references for prior clients you've worked with Responsibilities include: - Maintenance cleaning of apartment: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room - Emptying trash cans - Washing dirty dishes in dishwasher and then emptying - Washing and changing bed linens - Washing clothing and putting away (ironing as necessary) - Help organizing areas of bathroom, kitchen, etc. - Basic food/snack preparation (I have a couple standard items) - Bringing in weekly grocery delivery - Picking up packages from community mail room - Other housekeeping tasks as needed
