One Bedroom/One Bathroom Apartment In Glendale

Hello There! I have a clean 1 bedroom apartment in Glendale that needs a part-time house cleaner one or two times a month for a regular cleaning with the main focus on the bathroom and the kitchen. You will not be cleaning my office area which is a large area of the apartment. I am looking for someone that prides themselves on arriving on time and does not cancel last minute. I am happy to use your supplies or you can use mine (I have everything). It typically takes 2- 2 1/2 hours to clean everything depending on how fast or slow you work. My last cleaner of 2 years is moving to a new career and I am looking for someone new. Please let me know that you have read this and what your pricing is. I prefer per hour vs flat rate. Thanks!!
