Approximately 1700 sq ft 3 bedroom 2. 5 bath house. All bedrooms are upstairs. All wood and laminate flooring throughout. I need assistance with biweekly cleaning. Cleaning may change to weekly based on rate and frequency needed. Would love help with organization. Will need help with laundry and folding. Laundry is near bedrooms. Must have a friendly warm personality. The person shall be timely and communicate well. Home has parking in driveway or street parking in neighborhood 1 pet. 9lb Maltipoo whom is potty trained and friendly.
