My Base Boards Need Help!

I would like if someone could come clean my base Boards and clean my shower. Possibly some dusting as well. Maybe be interested in someone coming weekly or biweekly to clean as well 1, 200 square foot, first floor apartment with all vinyl floor. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. It's a pretty open floor plan. Ceiling are high but I have a tall step stool if ever needed. I like someone who genuinely like to clean and is bothered by things being uncleaned. Absolutely do not mind if you're to yourself and listening to music as long as it's a good job! I do have have two older cats. Both keep to themselves and never bite or scratch. Just something to be aware of if you're allergic
