Hello, I have a newly built 2, 650 square foot house in North Surprise. I can pay you $20 an hour. I think this will be a 6-7 hour job being that my last cleaning lady took 4. 5 hours to clean a 1, 550 square foot house. - 3 bedrooms - 2. 5 bath - + den and loft - No kids, small dog, - Live with my husband and my elderly mother If you are new to cleaning, this might be a good fit for you since I'm paying $20 an hour and you'd like experience to build up a clientele. I am looking for someone honest, trustworthy, professional, and punctual. I prefer someone who can make a year commitment. I prefer someone who lives in Surprise or close enough because my new house is all the way in Desert Oasis and punctuality is important. Preferred start time would be 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m.
