Searching For House Cleaning/Organizing/Laundry Help

We are looking for someone who can help clean/organize our home in North Scottsdale on a regular basis (every other week) Duties would include: -Cleaning kitchen -Cleaning bathrooms -Cleaning living spaces -Helping with laundry (folding, putting away, hanging up) -Changing bed linens -Occasionally cleaning bedrooms/office -Occasionally helping with organizing We are a family of 3 (soon to be 4) and could really use the help as the new baby will be here soon. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning/organizing. We also would like for the person to be self motivated, have good attention to detail, and be able to follow oral/written instructions. We are a pet free and smoke free home. Thank you!
