2, 000 sq. ft. 4 bed, 3 bath. Majority of flooring is hard flooring. The first clean would be a deep clean including baseboards, walls, front of cabinets. Then looking for a monthly cleaning. Floors, dusting, shutters, and bathrooms. We do have 1 dog and 3 cats so there is a lot of animal hair. We are looking for someone who is really good at cleaning. lol I'm an exhausted teacher and mom of 3 who does not prioritize cleaning the house. Private residence with street parking 1 energetic, friendly dog 3 scaredy cats who will hide the entire time
