Rental small two-story home. Just under 1500 sq feet. 3 bedrooms, loft with a bed, 2. 5 bathrooms. Would need availability to clean after check out/before check in 10am-3 p.m. The dates will vary based on guests staying in the home. Laundry and bedding switched out and washed etc. Looking to find someone who wants to keep an open communication and hopefully have this be long term. Open to hourly or by each visit being paid.
