The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, methodical in their approach to cleaning & takes pride in doing things thoroughly & correctly the first time. Strong communication skills are a must. I value clarity & appreciate when someone is confident enough to ask questions or request clarification rather than guessing. Teamwork & open communication are key to a smooth working relationship. Flexibility is also important. While standard cleaning duties are the core of this role, I occasionally need help with miscellaneous tasks or odd jobs around the house, so a willingness to assist where needed is a big plus. Comfortable following specific instructions. Trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and flexible.
